1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777hx online gaming platform ("777hx", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://777hx.cam. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of their location, though it is your responsibility to ensure that accessing this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777hx does not represent that its services are legal, licensed or approved in any specific country, including Pakistan.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777hx website at https://777hx.cam and all associated services, features and content.
• "Account" means the registered account opened by a User in accordance with these Terms.
• "User" / "you" means any person who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game or sports event offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer or other incentive made available by 777hx to eligible Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification documentation process required by 777hx before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits, winnings or bonus balances held within your Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of this Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Content" means all text, software, graphics, data, games, odds, imagery and other materials provided on or through the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use 777hx. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. 777hx reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage and to suspend or close an Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that accessing or using 777hx is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. Users who reside in or access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 777hx accepts no liability in connection with such access.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, are not acting on behalf of another person and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or account restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 777hx. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held within them.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details reasonably requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, irrespective of whether you authorised that activity.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

777hx may require you to submit identity documents — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and payment method verification — at any time and as a condition of processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC requirements to our reasonable satisfaction may result in delays, suspension or closure of your Account.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use 777hx for any commercial purpose, to operate a business or to provide services to third parties.

5.2 Platform Availability

777hx does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from unavailability.

5.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software meet the minimum requirements needed to use the Platform. 777hx accepts no liability for gameplay disruption caused by your hardware, network or software configuration.

5.4 Accuracy of Information

While 777hx uses reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results, account balances and displayed information, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error — such as clearly mispriced odds or incorrect game outcomes — 777hx reserves the right to void affected Wagers and correct account balances accordingly.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777hx may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as examples of payment methods that may be available depending on current operator integrations. The mention of these providers does not imply that they endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Actual payment method availability is determined exclusively by the operator's current configuration and must be verified at the time of deposit.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and are displayed during the deposit process. Illustrative examples may show minimums from PKR 1,000, but actual limits are subject to change. Always verify current limits before depositing.

6.3 Currency

Transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) or other supported currencies. Where currency conversion applies, the exchange rate used and any applicable fees will be disclosed during the transaction.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all Funds deposited are yours legally, are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 777hx reserves the right to apply Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and to withhold or return Funds where required by applicable compliance obligations.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements and compliance with these Terms. Funds derived from bonus play that have not met rollover conditions are not withdrawable.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary based on the selected payment method, your verification status and the operator's current review cycle. 777hx does not guarantee specific processing speeds and expressly disclaims any "instant withdrawal" commitment. E-wallet-type methods may process faster than traditional bank transfers, but both remain subject to compliance review.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. Withdrawals exceeding applicable limits may be processed in instalments.

7.4 Right to Withhold

777hx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, investigation of potential fraud, suspected Terms breaches or where legally required to do so. We will communicate the reason for any withholding to the extent permitted by law.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All Bonuses offered by 777hx are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. All wagering requirement figures on promotional materials are illustrative examples unless confirmed by a live promotion page.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Bonus is active, you must not place a single Wager exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the relevant promotion terms (for example, PKR 500 per spin or bet). Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

8.4 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been claimed or for which Wagering Requirements have not been met within the applicable time window will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. Expiry periods are specified per promotion.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

777hx reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts, exploiting promotional conditions, placing offsetting bets, using automated systems or colluding with other Users. Affected Accounts may be suspended or closed.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by 777hx. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Wager at our discretion, including imposing stake limits on individual Users or markets.

9.2 Settled Results

All game and event results are final once settled. In the event of a manifest error in settlement, 777hx may re-settle affected Wagers. Disputes must be raised with customer support within seven (7) days of settlement.

9.3 Sports Betting Disclaimer

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, Pakistan international matches, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and others — are provided for entertainment purposes. 777hx has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any cricket franchise or any other sports governing body. References to these competitions are sporting context only.

9.4 Responsible Gambling Acknowledgment

By placing any Wager, you acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, that outcomes are uncertain and that you may lose any funds wagered. You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and are not relying on gambling as a source of income.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777hx:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age (or the applicable higher minimum age).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Creating more than one Account, or allowing others to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional conditions.
• Colluding with other Users, employees or associates to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other Users.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

11. Responsible Gambling

11.1 Age Restriction

777hx is strictly an adults-only platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We operate age verification processes and will close Accounts where users are found to be underage.

11.2 Player-Protection Tools

777hx provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on net losses.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum duration controls with reminder notifications.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content on the 777hx Platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, game titles and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 777hx or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from 777hx. Unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal claims.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

777hx does not guarantee any particular outcome, return or profit from any Wager or game. All gambling activity involves inherent financial risk and the possibility of total loss of staked funds.

13.2 Platform Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777hx, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of funds due to technical errors beyond our reasonable control; (c) interruptions to service; or (d) any action taken in connection with your Account where we had a reasonable basis to do so under these Terms.

13.3 Force Majeure

777hx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks or any other event that falls outside our operational control.

13.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 777hx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform or any unlawful conduct on your part.

14. Amendments to These Terms

777hx reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of 777hx after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777hx is incorporated and licensed, as applicable. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that this may not be Pakistani law and that local legal restrictions on online gambling may apply independently of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. 777hx will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where an acceptable resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable operator licence.
