Who We Are
Online Gaming Community
777hx is an online gaming platform designed with Pakistani players at its core. From the cricket-crazy streets of Lahore to the buzzing digital cafes of Karachi, we set out to deliver a transparent, responsible and genuinely enjoyable gaming experience — one that respects our users and their right to clear information.
Our Story
The idea behind 777hx was simple: build an online gaming platform that Pakistani players could actually trust. For too long, users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar had to navigate platforms with opaque terms, inconsistent payment experiences and support teams that did not understand the local context.
We started with a clear brief: prioritise clarity above all else. Every bonus must have readable terms. Every withdrawal process should be explained honestly. Every user deserves to know what they are signing up for before placing a single rupee. That principle still drives every product decision we make at 777hx.
Pakistan's gaming audience is one of the most engaged and passionate in Asia — particularly when it comes to cricket. Whether it is a PSL final, a Pakistan vs India ICC clash, or a domestic T20 tournament, the interest in live sports betting here is real and significant. 777hx was built to serve that audience with integrity.
Our platform exists to give every Pakistani player — from first-timers in Faisalabad to experienced punters in Karachi — accurate information, fair terms and the tools to play responsibly. That is not a marketing line. It is the reason we built 777hx.
Platform Journey
777hx was conceived with a clear mandate: serve Pakistani online gaming users with an honest, well-designed product. Early focus was placed on mobile performance and clear bonus structures before a single line of production code was written.
Core sportsbook and casino infrastructure developed with a focus on cricket markets — Match Winner, PSL match betting, T20 specials — alongside live casino table games and an initial library of slot titles.
Dedicated work on Pakistan-relevant payment rail references (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and local bank options), Urdu-language support capability and city-level player experience improvements across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and beyond.
Full rollout of deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, self-exclusion and cooling-off features — making responsible play a practical default, not an afterthought.
777hx continues to expand its game library, refine its odds offering for cricket and international sports, and improve the clarity of its terms, promotions and support — listening to feedback from the Pakistani player community along the way.
What Drives Us
Everything at 777hx flows from a straightforward mission: give Pakistani online gaming users the clearest, fairest and most responsible experience available. Below are the values that shape how we operate day to day.
Bonus terms, wagering requirements and withdrawal rules are written in plain English — not buried in fine print designed to confuse. If something affects your money, you will know about it upfront.
No hidden rules that activate only when you try to withdraw. Our terms are set consistently and applied consistently — whether you are depositing PKR 1,000 or PKR 50,000.
Gambling carries real financial risk. We provide tools — deposit limits, session controls, self-exclusion — and we use them. Responsible gambling is built into the product, not just mentioned in a footer.
Pakistan's gaming community — passionate about cricket, PSL, ICC events, football and much more — deserves a platform that speaks their language and understands their context. That community is who we build for.
Mobile-first design with fast load times tuned for Pakistan's mobile networks. Whether you are on a premium handset or a mid-range device, the experience should be smooth.
We will not promise outcomes we cannot guarantee. No "guaranteed wins," no fabricated statistics. Support agents are trained to give straight answers in English and Urdu.
SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options and standard KYC verification protect your account and personal information against unauthorised access.
We actively review player feedback and update the platform to address gaps. A product that was good yesterday should be better today — that is how we treat every release cycle.

Our Commitment
Pakistan's online gaming landscape is complex. There are legal considerations users need to be aware of — online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. 777hx does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
We are not a legal advice service, and this platform does not constitute legal guidance of any kind. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. We are upfront about this because we believe players deserve honest context — not sales copy that papers over real questions.
What we can guarantee is that 777hx will always publish clear, complete terms; always give you tools to manage your play; and always provide responsive, honest support when you need it. That commitment applies whether you are placing your first bet in Rawalpindi or you are a regular from Peshawar.
Readable Terms & Conditions
Every promotion, deposit rule and withdrawal condition is written in plain English. Our full Terms & Conditions page is structured and navigable — not a wall of impenetrable legalese.
Your Data, Handled Carefully
We collect and process personal data only as necessary to operate your account and comply with applicable requirements. Your data is not sold for third-party marketing purposes. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Responsible Gambling First
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion are all available and easy to activate. Gambling involves real financial risk — we make sure our users know that and have the tools to manage it.
Support in English & Urdu
Our 24/7 customer support team handles queries in both English and Urdu. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore or anywhere across Pakistan, real help is available around the clock via live chat.
The People & Principles
Every decision at 777hx is shaped by a small set of operating principles that our team holds themselves to daily. They are not aspirational statements — they are the working brief for every feature, policy and communication we produce.
If a user has to read a clause three times to understand it, we rewrite it. Simple, direct language in every policy, every bonus description, every notification.
We do not publish player statistics or win figures we cannot verify. Any metric on this platform is either operator-confirmed or clearly labelled as illustrative.
Cricket, PSL, ICC, local payment rails, Pakistani cities — we build for the market we serve. Generic global platforms built for nobody in particular are not what Pakistani users need.
When we get something wrong, we acknowledge it and fix it. Version control on our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy means users can always see what changed and when.
Gambling is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it works best when approached with a clear budget and realistic expectations. 777hx is an adults-only platform: 18+ only, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. We ask every user to confirm they meet the age requirement before participating.
Beyond age verification, 777hx provides a full set of responsible gambling controls. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits; apply personal loss limits; activate session-time reminders; or request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
If gambling is causing financial stress, affecting your relationships or becoming difficult to control, please reach out for support. Speaking to a trusted person in your life is often the first and most important step. Our support team is available 24/7 and can assist with account restrictions and referrals where appropriate.
